In the Kitchen Dinner Series
Our “In the Kitchen” Dinner Series offers a unique opportunity to learn how our Chefs prepare their amazing farm-to-table cuisine. Each dinner begins with a cocktail reception in Seasons’ lounge area with passed hors d’ oeuvres paired with wines, cocktails or beers. At Seasons Chef’s Counter, the Chefs will demonstrate how to create an appetizer and main course on the menu. The three course menu will be complemented by wines, cocktails or beers selected by Ocean House Sommelier Jonathan Feiler.
16 May: Native American Cuisine: In May, our Chefs interpret the Native American culinary heritage at the heart of our nation.

20 June: 1960s: In May, a menu from the past is re-interpreted and prepared into a three-course dinner paired with wines. A cooking demonstration will reveal how to prepare some of these recipes that celebrate the Ocean House’s culinary traditions.
