Our Farm + Vine Dinner series offers an incredible lineup of talented chefs, the best local farms and indelible wines. We invite regional culinary masters to prepare hors d ‘oeuvres and three-course dinner in Seasons, focusing on ingredients from an area farm. Chef: Nemo Bolin of Cook & Brown Public House

Nemo Bolin, proprietor and head chef of Cook & Brown Public House in Providence, began his career at L’Etoile restaurant on Martha’s Vineyard, a French-inspired fine-dining establishment inside a Relais and Châteaux property. After earning a degree in English literature from Union College, Bolin realized his true passion was cooking and he subsequently enrolled in culinary school in Boston. Since then, he has worked in some of the most highly regarded restaurants in Boston and San Francisco.

Farm: White Barn Farm

White Barn Farm in Wrentham, MA, is dedicated to using organic farming methods and believes in the importance of growing food for the entire community. They hope to inspire their neighbors to eat what’s in season and to take moments to prepare wonderful meals using ingredients grown with care.

Vine: Viader

This family-owned winery is a leading Napa Valley first-growth wine estate established in 1986 by Delia Viader, and recognized around the world for consistently producing high-quality wines.

    • I regret to inform that the Farm + Vine Dinner with Chef Zakarian has been canceled. Instead, a Good Friday Fish Dinner will be offered in Seasons, beginning with hors d’oeuvres and wines, and ending with a three course dinner, also paired with wines. For reservations, please call 401.584.7000.
