A new year offers exciting new culinary adventures. Ocean House invites noted Relais & Chateaux chefs of Northeast America to prepare hors d’oeuvres and a three-course, wine-paired dinner in Seasons, highlighting ingredients from an area farm.
Chef: Mark Ladner of Del Posto
Farm: S&P Gardiner Farm
Established in 1982, this South Kingstown, Rhode Island farm is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Steve and Pat Gardiner. Open year-round, this farm features organic fresh greens, asparagus, squash, tomatoes and potatoes.
Vine: Bastianich Winery
The Bastianich winery, founded in 1997, strives to understand the history and culture of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy’s most northeastern region, and take it to a new level.
